سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نظرًا لأن جميع منتجاتنا يتم تفصيلها خصيصًا حسب طلب العميل والمقاسات والتفاصيل المحددة منه، فإن الطلبات غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد تأكيد الطلب أو بدء التنفيذ.

يرجى التأكد من المقاسات واللون وجميع تفاصيل القطعة قبل تأكيد الطلب، ولا يتحمل المتجر مسؤولية اختيار مقاس أو تفاصيل غير صحيحة من قبل العميل.

يُستثنى من ذلك وجود عيب في التصنيع، أو استلام قطعة مختلفة عن التفاصيل المؤكدة في الطلب. في هذه الحالة، يرجى التواصل معنا فور استلام الطلب مع تزويدنا برقم الطلب وصور واضحة للقطعة، وسيتم تقييم الحالة ومعالجتها بالشكل المناسب.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As all our products are custom-made specifically according to the customer’s selected measurements and confirmed details, orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been confirmed or production has started.

Customers are responsible for checking all measurements, colors, and item details before confirming their order. The store is not responsible for incorrect measurements or details provided by the customer.

This does not apply if the item has a manufacturing defect or differs from the confirmed order details. In such cases, please contact us immediately after receiving your order and provide your order number and clear photos of the item. Each case will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
