الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك لموقع Ensemble أو إتمام عملية شراء، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام.

المنتجات

نبذل جهدنا لعرض ألوان المنتجات، وصورها، ومقاساتها، وأوصافها بدقة. قد تختلف الألوان قليلًا حسب شاشة الجهاز أو الإضاءة. يرجى مراجعة تفاصيل المنتج ودليل المقاسات قبل إتمام الطلب.

الطلبات

نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال عدم توفر المنتج، أو وجود خطأ في السعر أو المعلومات، أو الاشتباه في استخدام غير قانوني أو احتيالي. في حال إلغاء طلب مدفوع، يعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدينار الكويتي. يجب دفع قيمة الطلب ورسوم التوصيل المطبقة لإتمام عملية الشراء. قد نقوم بتعديل الأسعار والعروض دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك في الطلبات المؤكدة مسبقًا.

توفر المنتجات

تخضع جميع المنتجات للتوفر. قد ينفد المنتج بعد تقديم الطلب بسبب تأخر تحديث المخزون. في هذه الحالة، سنتواصل مع العميل لتوفير بديل أو إلغاء المنتج وإعادة المبلغ المدفوع.

التوصيل

يتم التوصيل وفقًا لسياسة التوصيل المنشورة في الموقع. يتحمل العميل مسؤولية تزويدنا بعنوان ورقم هاتف صحيحين.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تخضع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال المنشورة في الموقع.

الاستخدام الممنوع

لا يجوز استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير قانونية، أو محاولة تعطيله، أو نسخ محتواه، أو إساءة استخدام خدماته، أو تقديم معلومات مضللة أو احتيالية.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع الصور، والشعارات، والتصاميم، والنصوص، والمحتوى الخاص بـ Ensemble محمية، ولا يجوز استخدامها أو نسخها دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

تحديد المسؤولية

لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن التأخير أو عدم التنفيذ الناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي حقوق أو مسؤوليات لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القوانين المعمول بها.

التعديلات

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة. استمرار استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التحديثات يعني قبول الشروط المعدلة.

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, measurements, and descriptions accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device screen or lighting. Please review the product details and size guide before placing an order.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, or fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected. If a paid order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars. The order total and applicable delivery fees must be paid to complete a purchase. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect previously confirmed orders.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. An item may become unavailable after an order is submitted due to inventory delays. In this case, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund.

Delivery

Orders are delivered according to the Shipping Policy published on our website. Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and phone number.

Returns and Exchanges

All return and exchange requests are governed by the Return & Exchange Policy published on our website.

Prohibited Use

You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt its operation, copy its content, misuse its services, or submit misleading or fraudulent information.

Intellectual Property

All Ensemble images, logos, designs, text, and other content are protected and must not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the website after updates are published means that you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
